Kasen's sisters, Reagan and Mel, happy to see each other!
Newlyweds, Colton and Mel Harper came to celebrate brother, Kasen.
Kasen Surplus, now age 3, and cousin Cadence Tippett, 7 months, and sister, Mesa, age 1. 
Kasen was born on August 11, 2006. Since we had lots of family present, we celebrated at Ochoco Park, Prineville, Oregon, on August 8, 2006. Our three daughters, Shilo, Shawnele, and Tiffany were present to celebrate.
Looks like it was fun for all. C. seemed more interested in the grass than the others or the pic. Are they training that hair into a mohawk?
